What You Bring

Nike Birmingham One Stop is looking for the next Part-Time Retail Assistant (20 hours) to join our team and provide world-class service to our consumers:

1. Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
2. Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
3. Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
4. Utilize your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
5. Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
6. Enhance your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and culture.
