Position: Nike Cheshire Oaks - Part-Time Retail Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Retail Assistant (20 hours/week) to join our team and provide world-class service to our customers.

What you bring:

• Exceptional consumer service skills and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments, including operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays. Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Enhance your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Customer service and/or retail experience.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Availability:

• 20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
