New Store Opening - Nike Oxford Circus

Nike Oxford Circus is looking for a passionate Part Time 20 hours Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to our customers:

As our Athlete, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on our consumers, service, stock, and delivery efficiency.

You will process stock efficiently to ensure that the back of house environment reflects the energy, passion, and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.

What you bring:

• Exceptional consumer service skills and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Utilize your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Enhance your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

• 4 fully flexible days or 3 full days plus 2 half days.
