Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant (24 hours per week) to be the face of the business. You will deliver friendly, personalised service in a fast-paced environment, supporting Defence on-site locations.

The role involves cash handling, opening and closing tills, and upholding health and safety standards. Training and progression opportunities are available across our UK network.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
