Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is hiring a Retail Assistant at Primark Wallasey. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers with sizes and styles, and ensure a welcoming store environment. The role offers full flexibility with mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends discussed at interview.

You will be part of a busy team, supporting stock management and till operations while enjoying generous employee benefits and a vibrant fashion-forward setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.

• Operate tills delivering fast, friendly service and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack and price new deliveries, ensuring stock is correctly displayed.

Location: Primark Wallasey
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Employment type: Permanent
Job type: Part time
Contracted hours: 8 - 16 hours per week
Shift pattern: Full flexibility required Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed & finalised during interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
