Salary: Up to £11.44 per hour, plus service charge, plus gratuities

Part Time [24 hours]

The Champneys experience doesn’t have to end at our properties, often this is just the beginning! We empower our guests to recreate the Champneys spa experience at home through our extensive range of own brand beauty products as well as our boutique offering.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a great customer service experience to our guests. You will assist our guests with any questions or queries they have in order to aid and drive revenue.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Working within a strong and supportive team to deliver the highest level of customer service to our guests.
  • Having a flair for customer service; our retail assistants play a key role within the Champneys Boutique and Retail outlets, selling products and assisting guests in finding their perfect products.
  • Ensuring the shop floor and till areas are well presented at all times and keeping product and stock knowledge up to date.
  • Checking and storing all incoming deliveries correctly and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked.
