Job summary

Primark Romford is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our team. The role features a fixed-term contract with 8-16 hours per week and shifts including weekend afternoons/evenings and twilight hours (18:00–22:00). You must have right to work in the UK and be 18+.

Location: Primark Romford
Pay rate: £13.71
Employment type: Fixed term

Contracted hours: 8-16 hours per week
Shift pattern: We have a different range of shifts to cover which include weekend only afternoon/evening shifts, afternoon shifts, evening shifts and twilight shifts which are between the hours of 18:00pm-22:00pm.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

Qualifications

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
