Job summary

Primark is recruiting a Retail Assistant to help create an engaging in-store experience for customers in our Penarth location. You will assist with sizes, styles, purchases and returns, keeping shelves tidy and ensuring pricing accuracy on the sales floor.

You will deliver a fast, friendly till experience and support with deliveries and stock room organisation, contributing to a welcoming, fashion-forward store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience when assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Create a visually appealing shop floor with fully stocked shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Deliver a fast, friendly till experience and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive and stock new deliveries and ensure correct pricing and presentation on the shop floor.

What you'll do

As a Retail Assistant you'll be making customer's day, every day. Here's a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
