Job summary

Primark is hiring in London to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help customers with sizes and styles, manage purchases and returns, and keep the shop floor looking fresh with the latest fashion arrivals.

You'll participate in till operations, handle queries and returns, and support receiving and pricing of new stock. The role emphasizes teamwork, fashion interest, and a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries; getting products onto the sales floor and pricing accurately.

• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
