Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant in Murton for 16 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You’ll help customers with wellness goals, stock shelves, and support promotions while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll join a team focused on learning, growth and health education, with training provided to build product knowledge and customer confidence. This role offers the chance to make a positive daily impact in-store.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
