Job summary

Primark Llanelli is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis until 28 December 2026. You will help customers, set up an inviting shop floor, and handle till duties with care.

The role offers varied shifts from mornings to weekends, with interviews to discuss options and hours. You will be part of a team that delivers fashion at value, maintains high store standards, and supports wellbeing and diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing customer experience for sizes, styles, purchases or returns.

• Deliver a fast, friendly till experience and process queries and returns.
• Receive, unpack and check deliveries and ensure pricing and presentation meet standards.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customers' day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
