Job summary

Primark Lincoln is hiring a Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract ending 2 January 2027, for 20 hours per week. You will help customers with sizes, styles and purchases while keeping shelves full and the fitting rooms tidy.

Shifts are varied, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with interview discussion possible. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, an employee discount, pension, wellbeing support and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
