Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in the Inverness area to welcome customers, advise on health and wellness products, and maintain compelling store presentations.

You’ll join a team focused on excellent service, with training provided to deepen knowledge and support promotions. The role emphasizes customer care, curiosity about wellness, and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products matching wellness goals.
• Recommend products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays well merchandised.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the team to reach store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs with a consultative approach and advise on products in-store or online.
• Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
