What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. In this role, you will:

• Provide customers with an amazing experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Set up a visually appealing shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, while keeping the stockroom organized
• Deliver a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the till, processing queries, voids, and returns
• Receive, unpack, and check deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet high standards
