Job summary

Primark High Wycombe is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver great customer service and maintain store standards. The role offers varied shifts, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to develop retail skills.

You’ll work 12–16 hours per week at £13 per hour with a fixed term through 02 January 2027, and benefit from employee discounts and a pension scheme. Training provided, interviews soon.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a visually appealing shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Deliver a fast and friendly till experience, handling queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and pricing new deliveries and keeping stock on the floor.

Pay rate: £13 per hour

Employment type: Fixed term (Contract end date - 02-01-2027)

Job type: Part time

Contracted hours: 12 to 16 hours per week

Shift pattern: Varied shifts from 6am to 8:30pm including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends - all will be discussed at interview.

As a Retail Assistant you'll be making customer's day, every day. Here's a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
