What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll make our customers’ day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up an attractive shop floor, maintaining tidy fitting rooms, and organizing stockrooms
• Delivering a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the till, processing queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet standards
