Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in Egham to welcome customers, help them find products and deliver outstanding service.

You'll receive training, support and opportunities to develop product knowledge, with generous benefits after six months of service. Join a busy store and help promote health and wellness with a consultative approach.

Experience with tablets and digital tools is helpful as you maintain displays and support promotions in-store.

• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
