Job summary

Primark in Dundee is hiring a Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract ending 02/01/2027. This part-time position offers varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.00 per hour with a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience when helping with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Keep the shop floor neat with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Deliver fast, friendly till service and process queries, voids and returns.
• Receive deliveries, price correctly and ensure standards are met on the shop floor.

Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
