What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll make our customers’ day, every day. This includes:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up the shop floor, maintaining tidy fitting rooms, and stockroom organization
• Delivering efficient service at till points, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet standards
