What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customers’ day, every day. Here’s what this looks like:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up an attractive shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, as well as maintaining a tidy stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the till, processing queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking new deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet our high standards
