Job Summary

This is a Retail value-add Asset Management position for a PropCo in The West Midlands.

I have partnered with them to find a senior, innovative Asset Management professional to oversee the Asset Management plan for a retail asset in the region.

Their record investing and developing Real Estate in the UK is exemplary, making this an excellent opportunity for a tested individual with ideas, contacts, and ingenuity within the retail sector. The role offers autonomy and resources to reinvigorate an asset with significant potential.

Main Responsibilities

1. Implement the overall asset management strategy for the asset.
2. Optimize Net Operating Income through proactive asset management.
3. Work with attention to detail in leasing, L&T, property management, rent collection, internal reporting, and key portfolio administration, utilizing agents where appropriate.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on development and refurbishment projects.
5. Participate in the appraisal process of asset management initiatives.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key town centre stakeholders, including councils and other bodies.
7. Support regional directors in delivering the asset management strategy.

Salary circa £80,000 - £100,000 + Package
