Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a leading luxury fashion brand, in the appointment of a Retail Area Manager for the UK & Ireland.

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced multi-site retail leader with a strong background in premium or luxury fashion, and a proven track record of new store openings and driving operational excellence across a retail network.

As Retail Area Manager, you will oversee approximately six stores across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with the UK Commercial Director, you will lead your teams to deliver exceptional brand standards, customer experiences, and commercial results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage retail operations across current and future store locations in the UK & Ireland.

• Oversee successful store openings, ensuring brand alignment and operational readiness.

• Drive sales and profitability through hands-on leadership and strategic direction.

• Foster a culture of performance, service, and brand excellence within store teams.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across VM, HR, merchandising, and marketing.

• Analyse store performance and retail KPIs to inform decision-making and improvements.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational best practices.
