Playing an integral part of the business, you will be the link between the stores, support office and headquarters in Europe.
You will be a team player, who is ambitious in delivering a high performing sales team. You will be passionate about people and processes and take an active interest in each of your store's performance. Leading from the front, you will support, coach, and develop. Sharing best practices to develop and retain great talent. You will be visible on the shop floor, demonstrating high sales standards working as part of the team.
