ABOUT THE JOB

  • Use your personality to inspire and respect your customers and colleagues whilst sharing a great amount of fun.

  • If things don’t go to plan, your support network will help you investigate and resolve any questions or complaints.
  • You’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-focused role.
  • Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and service objectives, known in Retail as ‘Smashing your Targets’.
  • You’ll be assigned a Learning Coach to guide you towards achieving a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification, dedicating 20% of your working week to online learning, assessments, and updating your portfolio.

  • Determined and committed to learning and working in-store to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
  • Grades 9–4 GCSE English and Math or equivalent are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shifts usually shared 4 weeks in advance.
