Join TUI in our Sleaford store as an Apprentice Travel Advisor and start a two-year Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship. You’ll learn to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more while putting customers at the heart of our business.

You’ll work varied shifts, gain hands-on experience with a dedicated coach, plus support toward achieving the Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification and a rewarding career in travel.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire customers and colleagues with your passion for travel and sell holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
• Aim to exceed sales targets; in Retail we term it ‘Smashing your Targets’.
• Adapt to face-to-face and virtual customer engagement and handle questions confidently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve questions or complaints.
• Receive training on a variety of systems and use learning tools to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Complete practical and written assignments via the learning platform with support to achieve Level 3 Travel Consultant.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including, weekends, bank holidays and evenings at some of our busier stores.

• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
• You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
