Superdrug Stores is offering an Apprentice Sales Assistant position at our Dorchester store. You will learn on the shop floor, assist customers, and help keep the store inviting and well-stocked.

The scheme includes in-store training for 12 months, with progression opportunities to leadership roles on successful completion. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on developing product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths (grade 4/C or equivalent) required.
• Available for full-time shifts.
• Not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store stocked and presentable and help hit store targets.
• Participate in hands-on training and progression into a Team Leader role.
