The role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Retail & VM Project Specialist to drive the VM execution of our Evoke store concept rollout in the BRIS market. This role blends creativity with strong project management, collaborating across Retail, Property, Marketing, and Global teams. You'll lead the new store setup process, ensure campaign alignment with local priorities, and support both planning and on-site execution, requiring 70% office work and 30% field presence.

What to expect from the role

• Act as the main point of contact for Retail and Property teams on Evoke topics, supporting store openings, transitions, and closures.
• Liaise with the Global Marketing team, working closely with the Retail Marketing Manager (RMM) on campaign planning and execution.
• Oversee in-store graphic allocation, manage image priorities and installation timelines, and track campaign budgets.
• Coordinate global campaign orders and local production, ensuring timely delivery and maximum visual impact.
• Partner with Customer Service, Potts, and the Global Retail team to improve collateral quality and fulfilment for Evoke.
• Lead VM setups alongside the VM team and trainers, including store concept introductions and training calls.
• Support the development of clear VM implementation guidelines for new campaigns and collections.
• Participate in pre-opening VM setup and provide hands-on support in the field where needed.
• Collaborate with the global team on asset creation to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Maintain and update Diamond by Pandora (DBP) display guidelines in alignment with product priorities and global standards.
• Support showroom creative execution, aligning seasonal setups with in-store themes.
• Ensure effective communication of campaign rollouts in collaboration with VM & Retail Marketing Assistant.
• Work with the GTM and Graphics team on impactful in-store screen content.
• Facilitate on-time content uploads and align on creatives for ad hoc retail events.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in VM or retail marketing roles.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and creative detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in campaign execution and supplier coordination.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Highly organized, structured thinker with a proactive mindset.
