Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail and Online Fulfilment Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis until October 2025. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, maintaining shop standards, and accurately fulfilling online orders. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Working Conditions
  • Working Hours: The full-time equivalent hours are 35 hours per week.
  • Annual Holidays: The full-time holiday entitlement is 31 days per annum, including recognized public holidays, rising to 33 days in the fifth year of service.
  • Training: On-site training will be provided in all aspects of the job. Further training needs will be assessed during the probation period and annual appraisals.

  • Pension Scheme and Life Assurance: All employees can join a Group Personal Pension plan, with a minimum employee contribution of 3% and a maximum employer contribution of 9%, depending on the employee contribution level. You will be auto-enrolled into our qualifying workplace pension scheme after 3 months if eligible.
