What you’ll do
Training
Experience an exceptional induction program covering all aspects of Virgin Media O2. You will attend a 4-day (30 hours) induction within the first two weeks of your start date. Further details will be discussed during your telephone interview.
Flexibility in working hours is essential; additional hours may be required, with ample notice provided.
You will be trained to deliver outstanding in-store performance and customer care, working closely with your team to meet store goals. We pride ourselves on offering a unique customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
