BT Group in Scarborough is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers in-store with EE and BT products. The role offers a friendly, customer-focused environment with training provided. Flexibility to work across Monday to Sunday is required, with shift patterns aligned to store hours.

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in-store and explain EE/BT products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and meet targets.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels, and support with opening/closing tasks.
