Molton Brown is hiring a Retail Advisor for our Guildford lifestyle store. This permanent role is 20 hours per week, focused on guiding customers through fragrance, body care and home scenting to find the perfect purchases.

You’ll be a reliable, team-oriented contributor helping us hit store targets with an exceptional, personalised service. No prior experience is required; just a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a willingness to learn about our products.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
