Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Retail Advisor for our Broadgate lifestyle store. This permanent, part-time role is 16 hours per week, with focus on guiding customers through fragrance and lifestyle products to find the right fit. No experience is required; reliability and teamwork are valued to support store goals.

You’ll earn £14.80 per hour, enjoy 50% staff discount, and benefit from a quarterly bonus when targets are met, plus up to 22 days holiday and other perks.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
