Ring and Blink, two of Amazon's leading home security brands, are seeking an experienced Retail Account Manager to drive growth across the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) region. In this tactical, yet strategic role, you will be responsible for managing key account relationships and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to ensure the successful execution of Ring and Blink in Retail.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored growth plans for your assigned accounts, working to optimize product positioning, promotions, and retailer satisfaction to drive sales and profitability targets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key account relationships, including joint business planning, forecasting, sales execution, merchandising and product introduction.
- Maintain detailed records of pricing, sales data and activity reports to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development and ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Support regional channel marketing initiatives for both brands, including training, in-store displays, promotions, and measuring retailer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement local market strategies for new product launches and category expansions for Ring and Blink.

As the new Retail Account Manager for Ring and Blink in the BeNeLux, you'll expertly navigate a fast-paced schedule, analyzing sales data, negotiating with retail partners and providing critical customer insights to shape product roadmaps. A typical day may involve preparing for a quarterly business review, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and training the field account management team. Through it all, you'll leverage your strategic mindset, analytical skills, and collaborative spirit to drive the best customer experience, growth and account satisfaction for Ring & Blink in the BeNeLux. - Bachelor's degree, with multiple years of relevant experience in retail account management, sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with retail partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to facilitate informed decisions.
- Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver results under tight timelines.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
- Prior experience managing key accounts in the consumer electronics or smart home product categories.
- Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to drive growth.
