What You’ll Do:

For Project Managers:

• Lead landscape construction projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, and teams to make sure projects stay on track
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

For Project Engineers:

• Assist with managing and supporting active projects
• Handle project documents, submittals, and change orders
• Communicate with teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly

For Estimators:

• Prepare cost estimates and material takeoffs for upcoming projects
• Work with the project team to ensure accurate pricing and budgets
• Review plans and specifications for project requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for landscape construction and commitment to quality work
• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction, project management, or estimating
• Familiarity with union jobs and public works projects is a plus
• Experience with software like Procore, Sage, OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is helpful
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
