In the Restructuring and Insolvency Tax team, this is especially important as we support insolvency practitioners in fulfilling their duties as officers of the court. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns for administrations and liquidations, commenting on tax implications of business, asset or share sales, and advising on tax-efficient debt refinancing, group reorganizations, and corporate structure simplification. This role offers variety and fulfillment for an aspiring tax adviser.
