Numero Recruitment are currently working with a Big 4 firm in Central London that would like to recruit a restructuring Senior Manager into their experienced team. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s largest restructuring assignments whilst developing your skill set further within one of the world’s leading professional organisations.

The Restructuring team work across all segments of the restructuring and insolvency market and provides financial advice on debt raising, financial restructuring and insolvency services to a wide range of corporates and stakeholders including lenders, equity holders, credit funds, pension trustees and government bodies. Whilst based in London, the team often works across the UK, but also on leading international projects and the role may include an element of UK-wide and international travel.

The Role:

• Provide Independent business review of current financial position, key drivers of value and key risks of businesses across a range of sectors and geographies in order to identify the right capital structure solution.
• Review (often in a short space of time) of businesses for long term viability, valuation and assessment of options (including contingency planning)
• Review and understanding of the priority of various classes of creditor.
• Managing and monitoring the cash flows of a business.
• Work with multiple senior stakeholders to negotiate, agree and implement solutions.
• Work alongside management to implement cost saving and working capital improvement plans.
• Work alongside other teams, including specialist lines of service and sector experts.
• Preparation of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. lenders, private equity sponsors, management).
• Undertake executory appointments.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of key restructuring and insolvency principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels (internal and external).
• Desire to manage, develop and train junior members of the team.
• Flexibility in terms of diverse industries and role.
• Flexibility in working location.
• Ability to support marketing and business development, demonstrating a proactive approach to the marketplace.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised working environment.
