Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide expert support to partners and directors, supervising restructuring and recovery processes from planning to review and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring efficient progression.
• Participate in business reviews, advisory work, option reviews, and accelerated sales processes.
• Coordinate with appointees and staff to keep all updated on relevant issues.
• Brief and motivate staff to complete cases efficiently.
• Review and supervise staff work, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to staff development through on-the-job experience.
• Ensure all work is reviewed and files are audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Assist in meeting stakeholder needs and expanding service offerings.
• Exceed service level expectations where possible.
• Attend marketing events and develop a network of potential clients.
• Review statutory documents for compliance with insolvency regulations.
• Prepare case reviews and brief partners on work and business issues.
• Manage work-in-progress and debtors per client.
• Promote a positive team environment and embrace change.

Key Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in corporate insolvency (administration/liquidation) and advisory assignments.
• Knowledge of insolvency legislation and statutory requirements.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.

Professional Qualifications and Education
