• Consensual restructurings and equitisation strategies
• High-stakes NAV facilities, super senior structures, and intercreditor negotiations
• Acting for creditor groups, PE sponsors, and distressed investors on value-maximising restructurings of complex capital stacks
• Close collaboration with private capital, leveraged finance, and special situations teams
