The Role

Our client is a leading City law firm providing expert legal advice to large multinational corporations and high net worth individuals on a wide range of sectors including commercial, financial services regulation, fintech, tax litigation, insolvency, and litigation.

We are recruiting a Senior / Experienced Lawyer to join as a Partner and head the Restructuring and Insolvency Department based in Central London, as part of our client's growth plans.

The firm has existing instructions from its current client base but aims to expand its offerings and build a successful department under new leadership.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex insolvency cases, providing strategic advice, and driving business initiatives.

• Lead and manage restructuring and insolvency projects from inception to completion
• Provide expert advice on financial distress, turnaround strategies, and insolvency matters
• Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and build lasting client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
