The Role:

You will primarily focus on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, collaborating with corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country. Your responsibilities include advising stakeholders in distressed situations, such as lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and insolvency practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
