Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced and driven Partner to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team in the UK. You will lead from the front, win work, shape strategy, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Your responsibilities include business development to secure new opportunities, advising directors on options in solvent and distressed scenarios, leading insolvency portfolios, and coordinating projects to time, budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in restructuring and insolvency.
• Track record of winning client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to win work and shape strategy.
• Advise clients and directors on options in solvent, distressed and insolvent cases.
• Coordinate projects to time, budget and high quality standards.
• Develop and manage teams, resource planning and career growth.
• Identify new revenue and cross-selling opportunities.
