Un cabinet d'avocats de la Legal 500 recherche un avocat en insolvabilité pour diriger son département d'insolvabilité à Bolton. Vous aurez la possibilité de développer le département avec un soutien marketing et une autonomie importante pour prendre des décisions clés, tout en agissant dans des matières litigielles complexes pour maximiser les retours des créanciers.

Qualifications

• Solicitor en insolvabilité avec au moins 8 ans PQE.
• Expérience en matières litigielles souhaitée.
• Compétences marketing et en réseautage sont un plus.

Responsibilities

• Diriger le département d'insolvabilité.
• Agir pour le compte des praticiens de l'insolvabilité.
• Conseiller sur la récupération d'actifs.

This well-established, Legal 500 law firm is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an entrepreneurial Insolvency Lawyer to join as a partner. You will have full support to grow the department and autonomy over key decisions that affect the firm's growth and direction.

The Role:

The firm seeks an ambitious, entrepreneurial Insolvency Lawyer to lead their Insolvency Department in Manchester.

You will be responsible for growing the department, supported by the firm in marketing and networking efforts.

You will act on behalf of receivers, liquidators, insolvency practitioners, and trustees in bankruptcy, handling litigious insolvency matters, especially advising insolvency practitioners on asset recovery to maximize creditor returns.

Requirements:

• Insolvency Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
