An international law firm with a global footprint and a market-leading reputation is seeking a talented and ambitious Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its London office.

The Team

This opportunity sits within a highly regarded, growing restructuring practice recognized among the world’s top firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. The team advises on complex, high-value mandates involving UK and European elements, often collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s global offices.

The Role

The role offers exposure to a broad range of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. The ideal candidate will have experience advising insolvency practitioners, corporates, and creditors on matters such as:

• Administration and liquidation appointments
• Schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans
• Pre-pack administrations
• General corporate restructuring and insolvency advisory work

This is a transactional role; candidates should note that contentious insolvency experience is not the focus. The firm’s litigation team handles contentious aspects and is well-resourced in this area.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the London finance team and international counterparts, providing UK legal support on multi-jurisdictional matters.
