We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Delivery Associate. Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Corporate insolvency experience is essential, with a focus on training and developing junior team members. The team is divided into ‘seats,’ each covering specific areas of insolvency such as investigations or closure.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, and report-writing skills, along with interpersonal skills and a passion for training and development.
The role involves collaboration across the country within RDT and the wider Restructuring Advisory team. Effective communication is key. The role does not typically involve attending marketing events, but support for marketing and business objectives is welcomed if desired.
