Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Delivery Associate to join our team in Guildford. The role involves supporting the delivery of insolvency processes within the Restructuring Delivery Team (“RDT”), part of the Core Restructuring Advisory Team at RSM. The team is a national virtual team managing insolvency appointments and providing guidance, training, and support to junior staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with process delivery, liaising with stakeholders, managing and training team members, ensuring compliance, and supporting the team’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Restructuring Advisory or Insolvency, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications such as CPI are beneficial but not mandatory.

This is a permanent role based in Leeds, with a focus on high-quality delivery, team development, and maintaining compliance with statutory deadlines.
