Restructuring Delivery Administrator

We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Delivery Administrator to join our team.

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. About the Team

• The Restructuring Delivery Team (“RDT”) is part of the Core Restructuring Advisory Team and the wider Transactions service line.
• The RDT is a new national virtual team managing all insolvency appointment day-to-day responsibilities taken on by RSM.
• The team is composed of members based across the country, including students, junior staff, and experienced staff providing guidance, training, and support.
• The RDT supports the practice in delivering high-quality, compliant insolvency processes, handling complex cases, and suggesting solutions to achieve the best results for stakeholders.

Overall Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the newly created Restructuring Delivery Team, contributing to its development and success. The role requires corporate insolvency experience and involves supporting the team on a national basis, communicating with colleagues across regions. The role does not primarily involve attending marketing events, but opportunities for local engagement and support for marketing and business objectives are available.

The workflow is predictable and adaptable, promoting a healthy work/life balance.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team
• Executing processes across different RDT seats in accordance with standards and compliance
• Handling pre-appointment Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation matters
• Managing non-asset and complex investigation post-appointment insolvency matters across various cases
• Preparing statutory documentation and correspondence for creditors and employees
• Adjudicating creditor claims and supporting case closure activities
• Ensuring timely data entry and documentation
• Communicating with HMRC for tax clearance
• Supporting case closure and data management systems

Personal and Professional Qualities

The role requires:

• CPI qualification (beneficial but not essential)
• 2-3 years’ experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency
• Understanding of IPS or similar systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and commercial skills
• Commitment to high-quality work within deadlines
