Job summary

This leading Restructuring practice at an elite US law firm is looking to hire a junior Associate (c 1-3 PQE as a guide). Acting for sponsors, debt funds and alternative capital providers, the exciting work will include complex multi-lateral restructurings across, working with credit investors and distressed companies to optimise balance sheets, organisations.

This dedicated team is headed by industry leading partners, and the successful candidate will support on the most complex and challenging restructuring and business re organisations.

Applicants will already work at a leading Restructuring team at an international law City firm. They will be looking, ideally, for their first career move post qualification.
