Qualifications

• PQE 1-3 years as a guide.
• Experience in complex restructurings and business reorganisations.
• Prior experience in a leading restructuring team at an international City firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support on complex multi-lateral restructurings for sponsors, debt funds and alternative capital providers.
• Work with credit investors and distressed companies to optimise balance sheets.
• Assist on high‑level restructurings and corporate reorganisations.
