Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and demonstrate knowledge of market developments, competitors, and work givers.

3. Contribute to internal and external presentations for the department and firm.
4. Build and nurture internal and external networks.
5. Participate in events, training, and marketing activities to promote recovery services.
6. Apply technical knowledge appropriately to client contexts, demonstrating skill and speed in problem resolution.
7. Make quick, clear recommendations to managers about client issues, offering options and narrowing choices.
8. Balance the need for information with the client's need for quick decisions and recommendations.
9. Manage team members and those on assignments, including coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.

Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).

Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
