Our client, an elite US City law firm, is seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join their Financial Restructuring practice group in their London office. Role Overview:

• Handle a variety of high-end financial restructuring and insolvency matters
• Additional experience in finance, including private capital, private credit, special situations, and familiarity with PIKs, Prefs, Warrants, Converts, bespoke financing, and new money in stressed/distressed situations is preferred
• Work closely with senior lawyers and clients, providing strategic advice and support on significant cases

• Ideally 2-4 PQE with financial restructuring and insolvency experience gained at a top-tier City law firm
